By agreeing to these terms, you are giving ASTAK INC permission to charge your credit card account for fees and other amounts or charges, such as shipping and taxes, that directly apply to your purchase. Furthermore, you are agreeing that you cannot authorize the credit card company to cancel your payment after the purchase is shipped. All sales are final upon shipment.
Shipping fees are subject to increases from the corresponding shipping carriers. Taxes will apply within California and all California shipping destinations will have the current sales tax applied, as required by law. By completing your purchase, you fully acknowledge and agree with these terms.

*14 Day Return Policy*
1. Items purchased from this website must be returned within 14 days for a refund. (Refund does not include shipping fee)
2. Shipping fees for sending the item back to Astak Inc. will be paid by the customer.
3. The buyer has 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item. After Astak Inc receives the package and confirms that all parts have been returned, a refund check will be issued within 3-4 weeks.
After 14 days (and only up to 60 days after the transaction date), if you wish to return the product, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
